Im having a really weird problem.
i have an ST4000DM 000-1F2168 (4TB HDD) and when i try to copy files to it, everything starts fine but after some time the transfer rate will drop to 0kbps and i'm forced to cancel it, i can only cancel by mounting the hdd and mounting it again through disk management.
Now here is something that i realize, i formatted this HDD, chkdsk /r, deleted the partition and created a new one. When i start coping everything back it was going well, but when it reached around 1.7tb of files copied the problem started to occur again.
Please if anyone have any ideas, should i RMA the hard drive? i ran DOS seatolls with the basic short test and it didnt detect anything wrong.
Btw my computer is a i7 3930k, asus rampage IV extreme.
